Quick, While I'm off in the shower, someone tell me what to have for breakfast... Either Kix or Raisin Bran!! (Kix is 150 calories and Raisin Bran is 255) I can't choose this morning!!

Kix with some 1% milk should keep you around 250 calories total!

Go with Kix, and use the calories saved for a small treat later on in the day! ;)

Wow! No one wanted me to eat Raisin Bran! :-P Thank you all! I could never go without my dry cereals... They aren't that bad for you with all their vitamins and low calories and fiber... I'm not talking frosted flakes here, I mean Kix is kid tested, Mother approved...

I like my cereal (and oatmeal) too. Raisin Bran is really high is sugar. Look into Kashi cereals - many have good fiber numbers and good protein numbers too.

I would get some kashi if someone else was willing to pay $5 or more a box for me! :-D I hate how pricy their food is, I'm usually just buying store brand corn flakes, raisin bran, or other boring cereals and only name brand on cereals that don't have a store brand option like Kix.
