Calf Muscle Question

I was running and felt a pulling and tightening in my calf muscle when running. It wasn't painful but felt uncomfortable. Has anyone had this before or know what to do to prevent it. I always get strange ailments..just wondering if this is another one.

Is it still sore today? If not I would say try and stretch more before you run and see if that helps.0

i had the same thing, then realized i was so excited to able to run again that i kept forgetting to stretch first (i know, i know, i knew better than that!!) :-/0

I always stretch after...but I will definitely do it before hand too. Guess I am pretty new at this. Thanks! Feel silly that it is such a simple solution.0
