Hi everyone, I've been here since August and I wanted to say hello and mention that I turned 30 today and I'm proud to say I have lost 10lbs so far! Best birthday present ever! I can't wait to see what the next 12 will feel like.

I'm celebrating with a 10k jog today with my husband to celebrate our health and to remind myself that I can accomplish more then I realize.
