Has anyone ever seen this show? It is pretty gross and just... unreal. Right now they are trying to eat 5 lbs of burger, 20 pieces of bacon, plus cheese, and 5 lbs of fries and a giant pickle. Its YUCK!

Yes.... I've watched that show.
Saw one earlier tonight in fact where he was trying to eat a 72 ounce steak with baked potato and some other sides.
Sometimes I think I could actually eat as much food as they show if I let myself!!0 -
I just turned it on to check it out. It's on a dang commercial. If I ate like that I would be so sick!1

Honestly I am just.. ugh 7 lbs of food? in one sitting???0

I watch that show sometimes...WHY isn't that guy bigger than abus? not fair...I wonder if he keeps that food inside after the cameras go home0

I was flipping between Big Medicine and Man vs Food.
Ironic.0 -
I was thinking maybe he just ate a bite or two for the show.. but he's not a skinny guy. I like the guy who travels the world and eats the grossest things known to man. Man vs food grosses me out way more than than the guy who eats fermented duck feathered eggs.0

From what I have read, he actually does try to eat the challenge!0

The guy on Man vs. Food is a professional competitive eater. He, like others, travels to different eating competitions.
Yes, they eat a ton of stuff, but these people "train" and many have high metabolism, or just know how to not have it affect them. If you have every seen the Nathan's Annual Hot Dog Eating Contest on the 4th of July, the winner for 7 years in a row was Kobiashi (think I misspelled his name), this thin Japanese guy who is definately known around the world from the Nathan's tournament. The newest champion is Joey Chestnut from CA, who isn't that big either. Another person I love to watch is Sonya Thomas. Just imagine a little Asian girl up against the bigger guys -- she is definately a force to contend with and has won many competitions herself!0 -
great...now I am watching this guy at a all you can eat sausage smorgasborg and here I am with some steamed spinach, a skinless chicken breast and baked tomatoes0

OK---there really must not have been anything on TV today, because I watched that show too! Pretty gross...there was a show on before that had a guy eating a 3lb burger with like 1lb of cheese and 5lbs of french fries...and the guy ate it all....ugh...gross...:noway: :noway:0
