What's your biggest struggle when it comes to exercising?

For me, I struggle with consistency. I don't LOVE to exercise even though I love how I feel afterwards! I have a hard time getting started. Along with that, my schedule is crazy enough that it's hard to pick the same time everyday to exercise. How do I get past this road block? What are your road blocks?
