I'm new

Hello:

I'm fairly new to this forum, having logging on now for almost a week. I can say that I really am impressed with the quality of the site!
I 'm a weight watchers graduate, but have slipped into many bad habits and have gained back almost 2/3 of the weight I originally lost. I'm looking for structure and motivation to take off about 20 lbs and keep it off.

    :bigsmile: Welcome! I am also looking to lose anywhere from 20 - 30 pounds! To further motivate myself, I had a TV installed in front of my elliptical!!! This plan is working well since I record certain shows in there that I can't watch anywhere else! :huh:

    i also have my tv set up in front of my elliptical. sure makes time fly! we don't have cable but the tv's hooked up to a PS3 and we subscribe to hulu plus so i can watch all my favorite shows whenever i want... it's pretty awesome! :smile:
