    Seriously, DO NOT LAUGH... but on the elliptical, "Pull Me Under" by Winger.... very fast tempo, and totally kicks *kitten* when you're trying to knock it out of the park. I'll listen to it on repeat just to get it done.

    I also like Amazing Grace the Drop Kick Murphy's version... .It starts out slow to warm up a bit then kicks in so you can run at about a 7.5 to 8.0!! AWESOME stuff!!

    i dont have a power song but i have a power album! 'Free' by Twin Atlantic is an amazing album at the gym basically the only thing that keeps me going on the treadmill! They're a scottish rock/alternative band if you like that kind of music go look them up!
