According to mfp these are my NUTRITIONAL GOALS TARGET Net Calories Consumed* / Day 1,200 Calories / Day Carbs / Day 165 g Fat / Day 40 g Protein / Day 45 g *Net calories consumed = total calories consumed - exercise calories burned. So the more you exercise, the more you can eat! FITNESS GOALS TARGET Calories Burned / Week 940 Calories / Week Workouts / Weekends 4 workouts Minutes / Workout 30 minutes If you follow this plan... Your projected weigh loss is: 2.0 lbs/week You should lose 9.9 lbs. by November 29 If this is all true then i only have 2.9 points to loose to reach the 10 lbs and so far i have lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks so i think i can have that goal done in the 1st week of November, we shall see this is now my mini challange to loose the 2.9 lbs to have a total of 10 lbs gone, so what is your goal and how soon do you think you will reach them

    I have 9 lbs left. It could take forever. I've lost seven pounds in the last 11 months. Not real motivated.

    I have 36 more pounds to go and I figure about 20 weeks I should hit my goal
