If you are a teacher or are in a similar profession, how do you find the time for yourself? I cannot seem to make time to exercise lately, let alone really take the time to make really good and good for me meals. I'm doing okay on both of these, but its just okay. I also only get a 20 minute lunch by the time I get to the lunch room....

I'm a college instructor and my schedule this semester is crazy! 10-1, 1-4, and then 630-930. Cook your lunches on the weekends and pack all your food everyday. I like to eat bean salad for lunch bc I don't have to heat it up and can down it super quick. I usually have that during my long break from 4-630. Yogurt is good, especially the new greek kinds that are out. I can eat that real quick btwn my back-to-backs and nuts are good to. You could get a handful or two in during class change.
Good luck!0
