Need a kick up the bum...

I know I need to start the 30DS.

I have lost 2 stone already, firstly by working my butt off at the gym for 6 weeks, then actually changing my diet and eating proper portions for another 6 weeks, and starting a new physically demanding job. Now I've been doing all of this together for 4 weeks, I have gone down by a couple of pounds but don't want to stop yet.

I've been putting off starting the 30DS because after doing long hours at work, I'm usually pretty tired and scared if I do work out doing something quite intense every single say then i wont physically be able to lift things the next day at work as well if that makes sense. I'm scared I'll be too achy but at the same time I know if I want my body to change I'm just going to have to push it, and I'll just have to try push through the pain at work too?

Toda was the first day where I could look in the mirror and actually see a difference, despite the 2 stone weight loss, I still see the woman i was when I started, so to finally see some definition in the stomach was very rewarding :) I would love to feel even better about myself by Christmas, perhaps even drop another dress size if can lose the inches.

Basically, I need a giant kick up the bum, any advice and maybe some firm (but kind) words to hopefully make me start working towards getting that nice flat tummy I would like lol

Haha I might even try doing it just a few times a week, hope my body doesnt freak out too much then start properly in a few weeks. My Christmas present to myself is to feel better about myself when I look in the mirror, to achieve that by Christmas should be enough to keep me motivated, need to make a poster or something :P

honestly...just get started. Just jump in with 2 feet. Big deal...if you get sore a little the next day, it will go away and get better each time.

pick up some epsoms and have a hot bath if you are sore (drink lots of water). Drink loads of water every day and you could even shoot for a recovery drink (Optimum Nutrition 2:1:1) or a Whey protein powder.

Also, I heard L-Glutamine is supposed to help with soreness.

you can also try taking advil or something for soreness the first few days.

just jump into the program and giver hell!

good luck and great job on the lbs you have lost so far
