    I like first thing in the morning because I feel like anything I put in my body( h2o, coffee, food) will make the number I see inaccurate. So every week at the same roundabout time with nothing in my stomach seems to be the most consistent:smile:

Though there is no "best" time of day to weigh yourself, experts suggest you pick the same time every day and use the same scale. Check your weight no more than twice a week -- any more frequently, and you may get discouraged by normal fluctuations in your reading. Also, be consistent in what you wear when weighing in. That said, it's important to remember that weight is not the only indicator of overall body fitness and health. Other indicators, such as body fat percentage and readings from a tape measure should be taken into account as well.
