Just after I've woken up and used the bathroom. I feel like I'm at my lightest weight possible. (:0

First thing in the morning, after you have gone to the bathroom, and without clothes on. That is the closest you will get to your true weight. Try to only weigh yourself once a week (same day, same time, every week).0

In the morning when you rise, on an empty stomach, after you do your business.0

AS SOON AS I GET OUT OF BED, USE THE BATHROOM, I THEN GET ON THE SCALES!0

Why only weigh yourself once a week. Everyone will have daily variations which are not true weight loss. Those variations can happen at the weekly weight date as well as the daily weigh ins. Statically speaking it is better to have more data points and plot them. You will see the trend which is what you want to look at. The fewer points the more likely the trend chart will be off.0
