Wow, I am over my protein and it is only lunch. How do I fit 43gms of protein btwn 3 meals? My tuna was 30 and it was only 4oz. If I am over at lunch, what do I do for dinner, or is it ok to go over now and again?

I don't think it is a problem. I had a gastric sleeve done and my Dr wants Me to have 70 to 90 grams of protein a day. I know many more that goes even higher.0

There is no reason to stay within that protein limit. In fact it's much too low.0
