I finally figured a way to outsmart my own brain on drinking all my water.
I have tried the water bottles, the sip cups, the bottle in the fridge ect.
To no avail, it sits there and I do not drink it. So I put a plain plastic
one cup measuring cup by the sink and every time I go into the kitchen
I make myself drink one or two. Now I get over the ammount and it doesnt feel
like Im forcing myself. I know, stupid mind games but it works.

I find that a lemon wedge in a pint does wonders. Also try not drinking straight from the fridge, keep it in a bottle out of the fridge. It helps you stay full longer. Believe me, it does work, I'm loving proof. May take time to get used to it.0
