I had a baby in June 2011, topping out at 220 lbs. I started MFP officially in september.
I started running daily on October 1st as welI as doing 30DS and keeping under my calorie goal. I was 187.I lost 10lbs in 25 days. I weigh 177 now.
I can't see too much of a difference..but I mustered up a bit of courage to put my pics up here. I have a long way to go, but so far MFP is really helping me!
