I used to be known for tearing the curtains off the walls with my snoring
and I have cpap machine for sleep apnea. Well, recently I had a friend over
and I decided to put the machine away and she told me I didn't snore one iota.
I still use the machine b/c I have a great nights sleep with it but now am confident to
stay the night anywhere I want without scaring the bejesus out of anyone.
Can't wait to see what other awesome things will happen to me healthwise when I lose more
weight. Forget a breath right I got healthy eating and exercise to blame

Not sure if I still snore like a freight train or not, but I know that when I don't sleep with the CPAP i don't feel as bad as I did before I had it. Congrats man! And i'll probably still keep sleeping with it anyway...0

Awesome NSV! I've always been afraid to fall asleep on a plane for fear I'd snore!0

great news. snoring can be embarrassing, especially if you want to go out over the weekend with others and you're too embarrassed to room with anyone. losing the weight definitely helps. what a big step and I'm happy for you!0

You should be super proud, James. I suffered from asthma til I lost the weight and dealing with respiratory issues was so difficult but a huge thing to overcome. You're awesome -- keep kicking butt!0
