Bad Meal=feel crappy...help!

I had a cheat meal today after loosing 4 pounds last week. Now I feel like crap! Any suggestions on how to bouce back? I am pretty sure it is sodium that is making me feel like this...we eat out. Suggestions?

    Lots of water and a good workout help me get back on track.

    I also need to remind myself sometimes that one "bad" meal isn't going to destroy me.

    Lots of water, maybe try to fit a workout in? Make sure the next thing you eat is unprocessed... that always helps me feel better.

    The healthier I eat.. the WORST I feel when I slip up. I think its my bodys way of telling me that such food is NOT good for it.

    What I do.. protein, tea and pleanty of water...water water water
  • I am going to start drinking more water...I am going to the gym for a spin class in a little bit...I HOPE that helps. DUH...probably won't be doing that again :(
