Let's motivate each other!

Hi everyone.
I first got very involved with losing weight in July of this year. I downloaded some mobile apps to my phone to count calories and really only used another place (FitDay) that has since given me headaches.
So, I'm not entirely new, but am new to the Boards here.
The last week or so I have been noticing my motivation for exercise has been declining and I'm finding it easier to give into temptation for the bad foods that got me overweight to begin with.
I've always said it's okay to have a cheat meal here and there as long as you get back on track!
Oops..if anyone can tell me how to delete my previous post..that'd be great.
