Up my calories

Hey guys, i've been looking for meals with high calories as i am getting tired of the ones i eat now, anything with 300 or more calories would be great (no fast food)

    I have actually lately been adding peanut butter at dinner. If my cal deficit is too high I'll get a rocking refuel milk from harris teeter, if its STILL too low I started eating peanut butter. Probably doesn't help you, but just saying :p
  • Snack on nuts and seeds (unprocessed), or even add them to your meals. I usually dry fry them in a pan for a few seconds until they're nice and crispy :bigsmile: I then add them to porridge or sprinkle on top of plain yoghurt with fruit - I sometimes eat them on their own, they're so yummy!
    I added a few chopped almonds to my omelette this morning and loved the extra crunch that came with it!
