I just made this:
4 eggo nutrigrain waffles, 1/2 cup butter pecan ice cream, 20g raisins, 15g chopped walnuts, and 100g real maple syrup.
866 cals, 153g carbs, 25g fat, 17g protein, 95g sugar (mmmm syrup....)
