Hi I am new on here. I have tried to lose weight on my own for a while now. I used to be thin,then I got pregnant and started unhealthy eating habits and in turn gained a lot of weight. I have been struggling to lose the weight since then and that was 5 years ago so I cant use the "I just had a baby excuse anymore." I have heard good things from people about this website hopefully it can help me watch my food intake and also motivate me to exercise more.
