is it ok to go to spin class already super sore??

question - i am super sore in my hamstrings from doing squats, etc for the first time in forever...like SUPER sore to the point where it is hard to walk..i went ahead and did more hamstring workout this morning, which I know, i should have let myself rest....i have a spin class tonight.....if i go to spin am i just asking for trouble, i.e. major problem with my hamstrings since they are so sore already?

Yes its OK to go, but you might not want to go all out. Lower your resistance a bit and increase your cadence.0

So I am a spinning fanatic lol!!! I go everyday of the week most of the time. If I am super sore I still go but I focus on endurance rather than strength. So I don't put as much resistance on the wheel but try to push myself to go a little bit faster to make up for it. Also it helps me loosen up my muscles so I feel like it reduces my soreness. Just do some extra stretching afterwards and you should be fine Hope this helps you for next time0
