~~Made it thru week one~~

This plan is very unlike any other times I've attempted to lose weight. I am NOT hungry at the end of the night. I learned this past week that I am a binge eater, I want to eat when I am not hungry (replacing those cravings with water) and if I eat all my calories I'm fine for the day. Some days I eat my exercise calories and others I do not. It just depends on how my body feels...

Something else I discovered... Popcorn is my friend! :)

I plan to allow myself one day to not care what I eat and not post it in my diary. Just to give myself a break... I've lost 3 pounds this past week. I've exercised more and I'm sticking to a plan. Feels good.

Encouragement to all that want to fit into their favorite jeans or that wonderful straight skirt again!

    congrats! just a suggestion, though.....it is a slippery slope to NOT log every day...but it sounds like you are doing GREAT so far!
