Starting this New & Healthy Me; Need more encouragement.

I found this site and I just need to push myself to click on it EVERYDAY. It will be a hard habit to form but I need to start while I am young so I can live a healthy and long life. I need encouragement to keep going but none of my friends think it's too much work. I believe I can do it, but the help of just my boyfriend is not going to help it. Anyone interested in being my person internet trainer? (:
