Quitting Compared

Hey Folks,
I Quit smoking 2 Years ago this past September.
I want to share something to anyone who is quitting or wants to.
Its not easy but it compares to the same urges I'm having with kicking my eating habits.
If you have been able to stop going to the fridge when your bored etc, then you too can quit smoking!
Thats all,
Good Luck with all your Goals and I hope you reach them all =D

I quit almost 8 months ago, after several failed attempts I've kicked the addiction this time.
This was all in a bid to become healthier that comprises the healthy eating, regular exercise and quit smoking and other body damaging practices.
I couldn't be happier with the decision I've made.0 -
I was laid off from a job I disliked.
I could afford Cigarettes anymore so I stopped buying them.
I have been trying to get on a program for weight loss ever since and I think I found it.
So Excited to start shedding those pounds!0
