Sugar-free mints and tea have saved my late nights!

Whenever I start to feel really hungry/bored at night, I just pop in a mint or make some tea and I don't even feel like eating after :)

I would but I cannot stand the taste/texture of plain celery. Gotta have it with pb or almond butter :)

If I have a cup of tea I like a biscuit or a bit of chocolate to go with it, so I make sure I have little low cal options in ready, like kitkats or 99 cal bars. I think a little of what you fancy does you good!!

I too use sugarfree polos with my tea, great for holding off snacks till dinner's ready!
