Start of something good...

Hey everyone!

Although I have been using MFP for a while, I have only just started getting into the forums etc! I am loving all of the support everyone has for each other! No wonder there are so many of you with such amazing results!
For me I am trying to get back to the best shape of my life in readiness for starting my career as a personal trainer next year! Watch this space for some Before and After photos as I can see I will be getting results from the support and motivation you have all provided!

Starting a 10lb's down by xmas challenge on the 28th October Eeeek!! :-)

    I know how you feel. I used to be a gym instructor and want to train as a PT - I have got a long way to go myself though much more than you - you already look in good shape!! :D
  • Thanks but my profile picture is my goal - the way i was just before I met my boyfriend and got comfortable and didn't watch what I ate lol!! xx

    It is always the way when you're in a loving relationship, food seems to dominate as well as snuggling (oh yeah and sex, but food becomes equally as important, wierd, isnt it?) I used to feel sick and not be hungry before when I first started dating my other half (anniversary is 3 years in Jan) as was too exctied and wanted him to think I was always as slim as I was back then (I had just broken up with my ex of 3 years for about 8 months, so those 8 months were spent going out dancing, eating a LOT LESS and generally getting trim so I could start attracting new guys) always always the way. I put on about 1.5 stone since I met Chris and I need to lose that, let's all help each other x
