I recently read an article that discussed "Set Points". A "Set Point" is the point at which your body balances itself out with activity. Have you ever went on a long run/workout, and when you get home, you barely are able to move, you pretty much become a lump on the couch. Well, your body is decreasing your activity level to reach this "Set Point", here is a link to the article so you can read more into it: http://trainingdaily.runnersworld.com/2011/10/20/do-you-have-a-set-point-for-activity/
What do you guys think? Do you have a "Set Point"? Do you think that you should try to achieve activity past your "Set Point"?

I certainly believe that I am a naturally sedentary person. I don't allow exercise to keep me seated the rest of the day though, simply because things still have to be done. On the other hand, if left to my own devices I would sit and read an entire book without moving.0
