Do you count calories for sugar free gum and crystal light?

    i dont count gum calories and i dont count crystal light since i use 1- 5 calorie packet into a gallon of water.

    Yep, I track anything I put into my body :)

    Yep. I track everything that has calories, even if it's just a little, because they add up. I'd also like my diary to be as accurate as possible so I can look at it later and figure out what's working or not.

    unless you plan to drink ALL the sugar packets at once or chew the entire pack, things like that are so dare I say (just my opinion of course) stupid to track. there are calories in medicine, there is 1/2calorie in an altoid. those calories are not what I consider food, I would not waste valuable food calories for stuff like that. some vitamins have calories too

    yeah my vitamins have calories. I take vitafusion prenatal vitamins.

    Lol do you have a separate "non-food" calorie allowance? You're still consuming the calories whether you track them or not. Smh.

    still.... probably your tracking has small errors, because 1 apple might be 77 kcal but the next one is 78kcal or even 80kcal !!!!!
