I made a few (small) lifestyle changes, took up walking - and the weight just fell off. 20 - 30 k's per week (3-6 sessions of an hour approx as an example). Over half one in I will be giving this other advice a go too (started weights here).

I put on a movie or some videos and jog in place if I'm working out at home.
You can also run up and down the stairs.
Sit ups or pushups, crunches, anything like that while watching TV.0 -
