Lets hope this is the beginning of a continuous effort on my part. I have started and stopped...started and stopped!!! I am motivated to make the best out of my current situation and feel very good about maintaining. I will just have to make my scheduled meals to the best of my ability and keep working out. About 2 weeks ago I weighed in at 169lbs with 27% body fat...In the military 169 is being overweight...I could loose about 10lbs and that is reality. I have been eating right and working out consistently for the past 4 days so go me!
I hope to continue to use this program. I filled out most of sunday, didnt fill out monday or tuesday but I got wednesday my goal is to keep it going from today. Its a good program it really does help me look at what I am eating and how much I am working out.
Lets get it!
