Where did the fat go?

Ok this is two part....
1. NAV: Just finished week one of Weight Watchers. I didnt exercise much all week, just kind of wanted to see what eating healthy would do all by itself. I ate damn near perfect. And at weigh in (one week later, same time, same clothes) I lost 4.8 pounds. I usually cant even loose that much in a month! I was freaking thrilled!! Now to add in exercise and see how much more I can loose for next week.
2. Ok so here is my question and the reason for the post..... don't laugh, this is a serious question.
Where did the fat go? I'm serious! I lost 4.8 pounds - but where did it go?
Thanks!
Megan
PS If you are doing weight watchers also I would love to have you as a friend!!

It went out your urethra. (Because it was water, not fat.)0

It was converted to energy to fuel your body. Much like a log disappears as it burns leaving only a little ash, you burned off that fat.0

+1
First weeks of extreme willpower are rewarded with amazing water and glycogen loss (you burn glycogen, which is a carb for mid term fuel storage and you also lose water). Fat and muscle burning starts later.
Good luck! :flowerforyou:0
