6 week 6 Pack--How to do it for max results?

So my title says it all. I'm checking the video out of the library today. 4 weeks exactly from today is my 10th wedding anniversary. I did the 30 DS then took a little over a week off of strong exercise due to a pulled muscle in my shoulder that made everything (including dressing and showering) a chore. Doing better and need to do something for my tummy. My kids destroyed it!!! No really, not kidding......I was 54" or more around when I gave birth to my daughter and I'm only 5'4" with a short torso. Lots of extra skin.

So how do I structure this? Is it like the 30 DS where you do it every single day or is it recommended to take a day off per week, or what?!?! Please give me some ideas because I'm starting tonight!!!!!

    Jillian tells you to take a least a day off a week. I did that and I got a 4 pack by the end of it :) It helped me :) I know that some people who said they were overweight or that had extra skin had some issues with seeing results, but it's just like all her other videos it works everything so even though you are focusing on your abs, you are still working your arms, your thighs, your butt, your legs, everything. It's a good workout. You will feel very strong afterwards :) Good luck, and stick with it! :)

    Thanks!!! I didn't SEE the results as much with the 30DS but the measurements showed some good losses. I figure if I keep it up eventually I'll get to a point where I see it more......I've got to start somewhere!!!
