Hi, I am a 21 year old almost college grad, and I really just am looking to get back into a healthy life style. After I went to college I totally fell off the wagon of working out and eating right. In high school I was in volleyball and transitioning from this was an obvious reason I started to gain. Also turning 21 and drinking more often has definitely affected my weight. I am looking for some support in doing this and some fellow "losers".! I also struggle the most with saying no to certain foods, salty snacks such as chips are a killer for me to avoid. I work in a restaurant and sometimes I work until about 1 in the morning and start at about 4 so it is hard not to get something quick like wings to eat during my shift! So any tips and help would be great!
