A kamut salad - 1 c. kamut with 1/2 oz. of goat cheese. About 1 1/2 c. of chopped vegetables mixed in, including raw squash, carrots, cauliflower, onion, and tomatoes.

I think a green leaf and spinach salad, with carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, sunflower seeds, turkey, and a couple spritz' of a raspberry vinegarette!

I love deer meat - this deer meat is marinated in steak sauce, hot sauce, teriyaki, garlic powder and onion powder - then grilled like steak - delicious :)
  • Tuna recipe - ingredients: tuna, red onion, green peppers, cilantro, fresh lemon juice, honey mustard dressing. Put all of that on a whole wheat pita bread topped with cucumbers and a green apple on the side with almonds.
  • This post is making me hungry...lunch time in about 20 minutes, and I have to run some errands, so I will prolly be stopping by El Pollo Loco for a skinless chicken breast, mixed veggies, and a salad. I love that they offer a healthy choice for those of us working to lose weight. Anyway, my tummy is growling. Hopefully these last 20 minutes will fly by. :ohwell:

I had 1/2 a sandwich (krakus ham; avacado on whole wheat) and a cup of homemade soup. I will actually eat this all week :)
