go buy atomic fire balls...not anything but the real deal.

you've eaten lunch and it's not time for a snack yet and youre just wanting to snack just to snack?? pop one of those suckers in your mouth and you are DONE with wanting a snack for the time being AND if you STILL want to snack, go ahead and try. it's gonna taste like donkey *kitten* if you do.

my mouth is on fire as we speak!

    LOL nice, i sometimes do the atomic fire balls to or I just chew big red gum or have some altoids, same effect haha

    and three of them have 60 calories...and youre not gonna be able to eat them all at once for sure :) i can fit 60 calories in!!

    thats awesome! I think thats a much better idea than women's fitness or health magazine had (can't remember which it was lol not important) they suggested burning food scented candles, or smelling scented oils . . . . that would just make me hungrier. Chewing gum works too usually.
    I'm gunna have to get me some Fireballs!
