I am on day 8 of level 1 of the Jillian's shred. I'm doing it every day (at least so far, that's my goal). I've noticed my shirts are a little looser so far (I'm also doing 30-45 minutes of brisk walking afterwards and watching what my calorie intake.) But I'm curious as to what kind of results I should be seeing by the end of the 30 days.....I've heard this workout is more likely to lose inches then much in pounds.....

If you go under "Success Stories" and look for 30 Day Shred, you'll find oodles of pictures of results from that program. Some of them are pretty outstanding. :flowerforyou:

Thats what I've heard too. I could only do a few days of it before I was too sore to continue! ... There are alot of threads in the "Success Story" section about the 30 Day Shred and people post all their pictures ... the results really are amazing. It seems that most of the inches lost comes from your stomach and back .... and your arms get toned too. Goodluck!

Tonight is day 9, and while I don't notice a difference in inches or pounds, I can actually DO the workout! No more crazy huffin and puffin!
  • Thanks girls!!! I'll check that out! I'm really excited and going to work hard to get my pre-baby body back! :)

Same here. I'm on day 3 of level 2 and haven't noticed anything except that I can get through the whole workout now, where as it took me a few tries to be able to get through the entire level 1 workout. Even though I can't see changes, I can certainly feel them. I'm anxious to see if I can notice a difference after the thirty days. I took before pictures, just to compare them.
