Hi
None of the classes I go to seem to be on here to log so i was wondering if what you would log body combat as. I'm popping along to my first class this evening (a little worried after looking on youtube but surely if i can spin, do circuits and bodypump etc i should be ok right?)
Any body combat fans out there? xx

I've been planning on doing body combat for a while, but it always conflicts with my whacky work schedule! Good luck! I finished a 6 month kickboxing program with one of my trainers, so I can't wait to try body combat!0

I've been kickboxing for 5-6 years now and it's a great exercise. You burn lots of calories and you're toning at the same time with all the punches and core work. I log it as kickboxing (turbo jam), which you can find my doing a search in the MFP database.0
