I thought jack3d was crap.
It's just the new "in" supplement.
1,3 dimethylamylamine makes a lot of people crash hard. Sometime's I'm one of those people. Definately sucks.
But from jack3d, I just didn't feel much.
The new no xplode 2.0 is a good one.
And BSN JUST put out a new preworkout called hyper fx, I should have some coming today or tomorrow. But if it's anything like their other products, it's gonna rule.
EDIT: i know bsn is another one of those trendy supp companies that everyone always pushes. But I've had over 20 preworkouts, and beta test supplements on a regular basis. The new xplode is good stuff.0 -
I love Jack3d. Everyone is different, I didn't like Noxplode at all. Waste of money. (Haven't tried the new one, but willing to) I only take half a scoop and am slowly starting to take 3/4 of a scoop. The scoop is small but this stuff is potent. You just have to be careful. If you haven't tried pre workouts before, definitely don't take more than 1/2 a scoop for a while. I have never crashed. I work out at night, well around 6pm, take my Jack3d about 10-20 minutes before my workout and I drink AminoCore throughout my workout. ZERO complaints here, so far. I might try something else when this container is gone because I have had some friends grow dependent on it.0

It is potent, and I liked the energy, but it gave me weird tingles in my feet and hands. Other people have noticed this too, so it isn't just me.
I liked N.O. Xplode too, but it was a little strong for me.0 -
I loved Jack for a few months..then seems to sort of fade away some. Think I will try no explode...thanks for all the info!!!0

How much do you take?0 -

Beta Alanine does this.
Some people like it, some don't.
Everyone is gonna have different preworkout "tastes". Some people like heavy stims, other's can't focus when they're like that.
I just didn't feel much from Jack3d, and I'm not a fan of USPlabs.0 -

Just tried Jack3d [1 scoop only] and it pretty good - got extra focus and stamina lifting weight harder and longer. I may opt for 3 scoop next time. Haven't tried NO Explode yet.0 -
I love it, 1.5 scoops was perfect for me, gives me a huge amount of energy in the gym. I like the beta alanine tingles, but I guess every product isn't for everyone. Some people don't get a lot from it if they're stim tolerant, be sure to avoid other caffeine sources0

ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! use 1 or 1.5 scoops and it works great. takes an hour to kick-in for me (everyone is different, only takes about a half-hour to kick-in for my husband) my work-out is so much more intense and i have so much more energy. i take early morning (b/c i work-out in the mornings) and my energy lasts all day. i have never had a crash from it. i do not drink caffeine, so if you drink coffee or sodas, beware of all the extra caffeine. i do not take it every day, usually every 2 days b/c sometimes i wake up the following morning still having energy.0
