Tasty chicken sandwich

I got some things at the store and made this up today at home. It was A-MAZING good, and filling.
1 Flat-out Artisan Fold it Rosmary and Olive oil flavor (any will do tho, they have many)
2 oz. Canned Chicken in water
1/2 Avacado mashed
6 slices English Cucumber
2 slices Tomato on the vine
1 TBSP Whipped Cream Cheese
1 Cup Romain Lettuce
1 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
Take a can of chicken, drain it and place it in a bowl. Combine it with 1 TBSP of whipped cream cheese and mix it together.
Take half an avacado and mash it well, that equals about 1/4 cup.
Peel your english cucumber and slice off 6 pieces
Pull off 1 leaf of Romaine Lettuce and tear or cut it big enough to cover the flat bread.
Take your Fold-It flatbread and on one side, spread your mashed avacado, place your tomato slices and lettuce. On the other half, spread out your chicken mixture evenly to cover the whole piece and lay your sliced cucumber on the chicken. Sprinkle with red wine vinegar, fold and enjoy. This recipe in my diary as is above came out to 315 Calories. SUPER SUPER TASTY and quite filling, yum!!! Enjoy!

I had this for dinner! Yum! I made 4 servings though because I wanted to use a big can of chicken and use up a whole avocado. I also substituted half of the cream cheese for blended fat free cottage cheese to add a bit more protein to it.
