So i weighed in again this morning an i am at 177!:bigsmile: It is so great every time i see results! All the pain an sweat from pushing mysel at the gym or hiking everyday is really paying off.

    That's awesome! I also stepped on the scale and lost 3 lbs. too this weekend!! Like you said it feels good to know that all of your hardwork pays off! :)
