Raw onions, beans, quinoa, brown rice and pasta, broccoli, egg whites, brussel sprouts, olives, cucumber, parsnip, sweet potatoes, salads in general, apples (hate hate hate them!), grapes, pears, cottage cheese, greek yoghurt, raw peppers... I could go on and on... not much of a healthy person am I :huh:0

Cottage cheese, greek yoghurt, low fat cheese,

All soy products
