30DS... What can I use as an alternative to weights???

I don't have any and won't be able to pick any up until the weekend...any suggestions on what I can "sub" in for hand weights???

Would canned soup work??? Or do I need something heavier?

    You might try jugs of milk/juice. They have handles (usually) and would be easier to hang onto than a soup can.

    I used canned tomatoes. Water bottles would work great too!

    I bought 3 lb weights at first and that was a mistake. I bought 2 lb. ones today. I needed to work up to the 3.

    Anything that you can hold in your hands that has a little weight to it. Heavy books work too but depending on the exercise that you are doing could be awkward. Just make sure that you are balanced weightwise on both sides.
