I am trying to go gluten free for a while. It is hard though can't believe how much stuff it's in! Anyone off gluten or ever been? I am trying becasue I 'm pretty sure I have an allergy to it.

It's gluten free love not glueton free lol and yup my baby and I got tested and found out that we are. My son gets a rash and REALLY bad asthma and I get what feels like chronic fatigue syndrome and throw up! It's terrible! Do they sound like the symptoms you get? I'm finding it easier than I thought to do it. You can buy great brand gluten free breads and baking products like vogels gluten free bread and basco products. They taste just like the real stuff! Also rice and corn pasta is delicious! Tummies than the wheat pasta. I don't know what country you are in, I buy these products in New Zealand, but do some research and sampling at your supermarket - there are alot of things out there! There are even gluten free bakeries around... Just be careful though as some gluten free things are higher in cals as it takes more sugar and fat to make them taste yummy lol0

Oh and I don't find it expensive, but if you get tested you can get a subsidy from the government each week to help your groceries. I get $60 per week for my son and I, it's awesome! But not sure if your country has the same thing. But even without the subsidy i think it's about the same. All about shopping smart and buying better meat and veggies. Also packing out your meals with rice and gluten free pasta, potatoes, kumara etc.
Really, I font touch the $60 lol it's just extra! Hehe0
