Mark your calendars: the new jillian micheals dvd "extreme shed & shred" will be released on Dec 6th. You can preorder your copy on Amazon. This dvd will be a total workout mixing kickboxing, brazilian jiu-jitsu, yoga and weight training in order to get you incredible shape quickly. I cant wait to try it out!
