HELP

I am just really looking for some support, I easily give up and am just starting this, I think the hardest part will be staying motivated to eat right and work out everyday! I did buy the 30 day shred so if anyone is interested in starting that with me feel free to add me! Also any advice to stick with this and not get discouraged would be AMAZING! Thanks!

    I have 30 day Shredd, but have not had a chance to do it, since I workout with a trainer 3 days a week, the other days I just focus on cardio. It should be able to do it in a few weeks. Feel free to add me.

    Join my group "Not much to lose group *lose 15 pounds in 12 weeks*" It's on my page. Our first weigh in is this Friday. I am starting the 30day Shred when it comes in the mail, so you could keep track with me in this group too!
