Should on record the supplement facts in our daily diary?

I do--
not so much for counting calories as to remind myself to do it!0 -
I only log the ones that have sneaky calorie amounts.....like fish oil supplements can have 5 to 15 cals each, with 2 or 3 being the daily dose.....0
