The Bean

Is anyone familiar with The Bean and its Total Body Workout. (For those of you who don't know- it is an inflatable exercise tool that was sold on TV). I am trying to figure out the best way to log it because it does a mix of both cardio and strength training that targets several areas of the body. I put down circuit training but I am not sure if that is the best way to log it.

I was expecting a different kind of bean too. But, not that bean.0 -
I would log it as "dancing".0

I would invest in a HRM and then "create" a new logging for it0

I don't even know if they still sell the things but I bought one a few years ago and decided to bust it out because I remember the workout was tough but managed to work every part of my body in just thirty minutes. As a mom of three aging three to three months I don't have much time to give to exercise.0
