Supplement: Omega 3

If taking an omega-3 supplement has ever crossed your mind, I wanted to share my initial impression of Ascentra's NutraSea DHA & EPA Omega 3.
It's in liquid form, lemon flavored and 40 calories per serving (1 tsp). As my first Omega 3 supplement I was concerned with the taste, aftertaste, oily consistency and the mental thought that this stuff is fish oil.
After taking a serving, the taste is best described as "nothing" with a hint of lemon.
The consistency is very light, and actually not oily at all. It's nothing like what I expected (Olive oil consistency).
1 bottle (750ml or 16.9 oz) is $32.99
152 servings per bottle
$0.21 per serving.
