how many calories burnt in cardio zumba

I have borrowed a zumba cardio dvd and was wondering how i would know how many calories i am burning so i can add it to my exercise, any advice would be appreciated please and thank you.

    I measure it by checking my heartbeat during the video. If I sweat a great deal, I'll clock it in as circuit training or aerobics. If it was more toning, I log it in as dance. It's always better to underestimate how many calories you burned...

    It's going to toally depend on your height and weight,

    I think I burn about 250 doing regular Zumba in a gym. That's with being an experienced dancer and putting in as much effort as possible.

    I'm 5'1" and don't know my weight but it's between 8 and 8.5 stone somewhere I think.
